Panels used to form the walls and roof are 4” thick, insulated with mineral wool and are manufactured from 20 gauge aluminized steel.  The floor is 1/8” steel plate.

TRIM

All trim will be secured with galvanized self-tapping sheet metal screws.

STRUCTURAL MEMBERS

There are sufficient structural members to distribute the load of the firebox to the walls, avoiding direct loading of the roof panels.

DUCTWORK

An air circulation system will be provided along the oven interior sidewalls.  Hot air is discharged down the oven sidewalls avoiding direct air impingement on the part.  Air return is through the center of the ceiling to the firebox intake above. 

EXHAUST

One centrifugal exhaust fan will be provided complete with all mounting and intake ductwork.  It is sized to provide adequate airflow for meeting code and insurance requirements.  Discharge ductwork, roof openings and roof closure is the responsibility of purchaser. 

HEATING SYSTEM

The heating system consists of a recirculating direct-fired gas convection burner.  The burner package comes complete with all burner controls and a purge timer.  All necessary safeties and flow proving switches are included for meeting code and insurance requirements.

OVEN DOORS

The oven doors are constructed with heavy gauge frames and supports with insulation and sheathing similar to the oven panels. All latches, hinges, and gaskets are included.

CONTROL PANEL

The control panel is fully assembled and tested.  It includes a safety disconnect, temperature controller, cycle timer, and all necessary pushbuttons and indicator lights.
