OVEN PANELS

Panels used to form the walls are 3” thick and are insulated with 6lb/cf density industrial rock wool insulation.

CONSTRUCTION

The re-circulating blower, along with the heating elements are mounted to one side of oven.  The oven is constructed with sturdy welded steel and has 430 stainless steel interior

DUCTWORK

An air circulation system will be provided along the front and back of the oven walls.  Hot air is discharged from one side of the oven and returns through the center of that same side wall.  Please see diagram to right.

STANDARD  TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM

Calibrated main temperature controller regulates desired oven temperature.  Independent manual reset excess temperature controller protects against failure of main temperature controller.  On-off switch located on panel controls electrical power to oven.  Red pilot light indicates heater operation.  Also included are digital temperature read out and a mechanical timer.

HEATING SYSTEM

The heating system consists of a re-circulating electrically heated air.  All necessary safeties and flow proving switches are included for meeting code and insurance requirements.

OVEN DOORS

The oven doors are constructed with steel and are on one side of the oven only.  They are double doors for easy loading of larger parts.  Also included is silicone rubber door gasket. 

CONTROL PANEL

The control panel is fully assembled and tested.  It includes a safety disconnect, temperature controller, cycle timer, and all necessary pushbuttons and indicator lights.
