OVEN PANELS
Panels used to form the walls are 2” thick and are insulated with 6lb/cf density industrial rock wool insulation.
CONSTRUCTION
Built in baffle prevents radiant heat. The oven also has aluminized steel exterior with enamel finish. Adjustable fresh air intake and exhaust dampers are included. The oven consists of all welded construction.
DUCTWORK
An air circulation system will be provided where hot air is blown forward between shelves and across parts.
HEATING SYSTEM
The heating system consists of a re-circulating electrically heated air. All necessary safeties and flow proving switches are included for meeting code and insurance requirements.
OVEN DOORS
The oven doors are constructed with steel and are on one side of the oven only. They are double doors for easy loading of larger parts. Also included is silicone rubber door gasket.
CONTROL PANEL
The control panel is fully assembled and is analog and thermocouple actuated. It includes a safety disconnect, temperature controller, cycle timer, and all necessary pushbuttons and easy-to- see indicator lights. |
